Shipping & Returns
At Bliss we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it as long as the item is still in its original condition, tags still attached, and folded nicely (unused and unwashed). Additionally, the packing slip or order receipt must be included in the package so that our warehouse can properly identify the order.
The merchandise must be received by us within 7 days from the date of receipt (defined as when the merchandise is delivered to your address) for a refund.
There will be a $5.95 restocking fee on all returns.
Returns over $400 will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
All sale items discounted 30% or more are final sale and can not be returned.

Return shipping costs are solely at the customer's expense. When returning an item in the mail, it is advisable to return your items in an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. We do not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order, and return your existing order.
Please note that any items returned to us in unsatisfactory or used condition will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
